Willard Public Library Event Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at Willard Public Library. Please fill out the following form so we can review your request. We will contact you with further details or to discuss any additional requirements. The Library provides space for local non-profit and community organizations free of charge. For other organizations, corporations, and small businesses, we ask you to make a donation to the library. The Library does not provide space for private events such as parties, weddings, DIY, or catered events. The Library reserves the right to give or restrict access to its event space at its discretion.
