I authorize Willard Public Library to publish and share my image and voice on its official social media channels, website, and other online platforms for promotional and informational purposes. I agree that my image and voice may be used in press releases, news articles, and other forms of media coverage related to library events and activities. I understand that I will not receive any form of compensation for the use of my image, likeness, or voice and that these materials may be used by Willard Public Library indefinitely. I acknowledge that I may withdraw my consent at any time by providing written notice to Willard Public Library. However, I understand that revocation will not apply to materials already produced or distributed. This includes treating library staff, patrons, and fellow volunteers with respect and dignity. I will fulfill my volunteer commitments to the best of my ability. I will arrive on time for my scheduled shifts, communicate in advance if I am unable to attend, and complete assigned tasks diligently.
